The table says “for each” on five terms only — operators, emotives, emotives bearing magnitude, function parameters, form modifiers. Every other term counts once however often it appears, so repetition earns nothing.
Every world is built from what the inscription names: each thing it mentions, in or out of each place it reaches for. Small multiverses are walked end to end, large ones sampled. Each world is activated three times what the artifact expects, so what it does once it should have stopped shows too.
↧ ∋ X declares what the artifact holds; ↺ ∋ X requires it
of the wielder and fails otherwise. A catalyst counts as present if it is at hand, in the
environment, or in the artifact — not if the wielder happens to carry it.
